INTERNATIONAL CASE STUDY: REDESIGNING SGH INTO A DIGITAL-FIRST HEALTHCARE CAMPUS The SGH Campus Redevelopment is a landmark 20-year initiative to reshape Singapore’s oldest flagship hospital into a cutting-edge, integrated medical campus. Anchored by Singapore General Hospital and encompassing research, education, and patient care, the redevelopment will triple healthcare capacity and future-proof services for the aging population. With strategic phasing, and 2025 nearing the end of phase 1 of 2, the project is introducing new facilities to increase capacity before rebuilding the main hospital.
