Yap Thian Yong is a Senior Physiotherapist at St. Luke’s Hospital, where he has worked since 2015. Specializing in geriatric care and stroke rehabilitation, he has been utilizing the exoskeleton and other advanced rehabilitation technologies since 2019, in combination with physiotherapy interventions, to improve functional outcomes for stroke patients. By integrating advanced rehabilitation technologies such as Ekso with physiotherapy interventions, Thian Yong helps patients regain mobility, strength, and independence. He has been actively involved in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing rehabilitation practices. Thian Yong is committed to provide quality care, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and mentors colleagues to advance clinical care
