He began his career in clinical audiology at Singapore’s National University Hospital and New Zealand’s National Audiology Centre, before taking on leadership roles at Sonova and GN Hearing. There, he brought global brands like Phonak and ReSound into Singapore and expanded their presence across Asia. At Amazing Hearing, Sharad is pioneering the development of one of Asia’s first AI-first audiology clinics where smart technology enhances personalised care. His efforts in digital transformation were recognised with the Stevie Gold Award for Innovation in Management, highlighting his commitment to humanising healthcare through innovation.
