Over his 18 years at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, James has worn many hats in nursing - from hands-on care to managing teams and improving healthcare systems. Today, he drives Organization Development at TTSH Nursing while focusing on two key areas: developing tele-nursing services at NHG Population Health Campus, and helping shape the future of nursing across Asia through his Associate Director role at the Centre for Asian Nursing Studies. His work aims to transform how nurses learn, leverage, and care for patients in tomorrow's healthcare landscape.
