Dr Charmaine is Assistant Director and Clinical Psychologist at the Ministry of Health Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT). With over a decade of clinical experience across community, higher education, and private settings, she is passionate about making mental health support more accessible. At MOHT, Charmaine leads the clinical development for mindline.sg, a suite of digital mental health tools for individuals and communities. Her work bridges psychological expertise with innovation to address real-world mental health needs. Charmaine is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Public Mental Health at Johns Hopkins University.
