Arvin is the Associate Director of Quality Management, Medical Records, and Comlpiance and the Compliance Officer at Asian Hospital and Medical Center. A Registered Nurse, he holds a Master’s in Administrative Science (Global Health and Human Services) from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Vancouver and a BS in Nursing from De La Salle Health Sciences Institute. He leads key initiatives in quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Arvin also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Quality Leadership, and AI for Healthcare from the National University of Singapore.
