Patient & Visitor Experience is a critical aspect of healthcare in Asia, as it has a significant impact on healthcare outcomes, patient satisfaction, and the overall quality of healthcare delivery. However, reports have shown that more than 60% of patients in Asia do not feel satisfied with their experience in the region’s healthcare system. Alongside the demand for higher-quality care, greater convenience and a more personalised healthcare experience, the rise of digital health technologies has also increased patients’ expectations for seamless and connected healthcare experiences.
As part of Asia Healthcare Week, Patient & Visitor Experience 2024 will gather leaders responsible for Patient Experience, Services, Operations, Care, Clinical Operations and Visitor Services from Asia’s healthcare services industry to explore best practices in patient-centric care to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
